Stretch & Tone
A gentle-paced class to balance, stretch and tone your whole body to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed to better meet the ups and downs of another day.
Slow your life down by enjoying the deep magic of yin. Embrace being still for longer periods. Take timeout to clear a little more space between your thoughts as you quietly sink deeper into each pose. Let your body weight and gravity assist to open your hips, release neck, shoulders and your lower back.
