What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy uses evidence-based research to empower and support you to manage your health. A yoga therapist assists the individual rather than focusing on the condition; they are an experienced yoga teacher with extra training. A yoga therapy session covers a bio-medical assessment of your general health and wellbeing. Your treatment plan may include a combination of yoga postures, breath work, meditation, healthy eating advice, lifestyle counselling or self-development guidance. No yoga experience is needed to begin and treatment can cover a wide range of circumstances.
