Allsorts Yoga classes are suitable for people of all shapes and sizes. Newbies can come along as no experience needed whether you are a beginner, unfit or not very flexible, every BODY is welcome!
Allsorts Yoga - Stretch & Tone
A gentle-paced class to balance, stretch and tone your whole body.
A slow, quiet practice using your body weight and gravity to assist open hips, release neck, shoulders and the lower back.
If you would like assistance towards deepening your practice, have an injury or condition that you would like to learn how to manage in class, or you are new to yoga and wish one-on-one time before heading to group classes, you can book private time with Nancy, early evening Monday and Wednesday or Saturday afternoons.
Pop up Yoga
Outdoor classes to stretch, unwind and breathe in the fresh air at a local park in the Greenwood. Held during summer time in January each year. Follow us on Facebook for dates/times.
